Information and purposes

We collect name, mobile number, email, pickup address and landmark, area, service, preferred date and garment-care notes to assess requests and deliver the service. Enquiries collect name, email and message to answer you. Order status, counts, handover records and payment references provide accountability. We do not store payment card details.

Access, providers and retention

Authorised company staff access records for their work. Manus hosts the application and data; Paystack will process payments after connection. Overseas provider processing and transfer checks, final retention periods and deletion routine [TO CONFIRM].

Your rights

Email info@universalwash.ng to request access, correction, deletion or exercise other applicable rights. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Service policies

Coverage: Egbeda, Akowonjo, Gowon Estate, Shasha. Requests require exact-street and capacity confirmation. Minimum order ₦3,000 is not a fixed rate or deposit. Rates and delivery fees [TO CONFIRM]. Special-care garments are assessed; no industrial/PPE automatic booking.

Changes and claims
